Home Groups

What is a home group?

A home group is, quite simply, a small group of people who want to find out more about how God works in our lives today, meeting together in the relaxed atmosphere of a home. They last about two hours, including time for refreshments and a chat.

What happens?

With the help of a leader to guide the discussion, we look at a passage (or passages) from the Bible and, talking, listening and learning together, consider some questions which help us to relate the Bible to our everyday lives.

We pray about what we've learnt, we pray for each other, and we pray for the world around us.

We are free to contribute as much or as little as we want to contribute.

Home groups are a great way to help us along in our church's aim to love God, to love one another, and to love our neighbours.

What not give it a try?

You would be welcomed into any of the home groups-why not give it a go?

When and where?

We generally meet on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings during school term times.

If you live in the area and would be interested in joining a home group, then please enquire using the form you can find by clicking here.
